  The service so bad and people so disrespectful The price automatically went higher as they saw we were not from there , it’s so ridiculous my family from Iraq had a different price was us compared to Australia

  This hotel is luxurious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the staff is not professional in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service closes at 5:00 p.m., and after that, no one cleans the rooms! in a 5-star hotel, they should be available 24 hours, although some 4-star hotels have that service all the day.

  The service is not as expected. We paid for more than one room with extra beds and we didn’t receive the until 8pm. The rooms smell bad Bathrooms has used bottles of shampoo and body wash The amount we paid doesn’t make sense for the service we received Reception desk people need more training as they don’t pick up when you call and they hung up on you before you finish the sentence. I don’t recommend this hotel.

  We have had a pleasant stay at The Baron, this October half term, when we went for ziyaraat which we have booked through Brother Tufayl, who throughout the trip made sure of our comfort and requirements. We were 4 adults and 5 kids. It was the best decision to book ziyarat package with Baron Hotel, which was included visa, meet and greet at Baghdad Airport and transportation to The Baron Karbala, three meals per day, transport for all ziyaraat and back to Baghdad Airport. Rooms were spotless, staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Food was absolutely amazing. Kids loved the play area and gaming room. They have Shuttle service to and from HARAM e Mola Abbas every 30 minutes. We have requested for an English speaker guide which they have arranged happily and he (Brother Rizwan) was great help throughout the ziyaraat. He beautifully interacted with kids to explain about every Muqaam and answered thier questions clearly. Brother Hussain (Head chef of Baron) has really made us feel like home with his amazing food especially healthy packed lunch he provided on the days of our long trips, which was again very generous of them as we had kids with us. I would Highly recommend Baron Hotel for thier extraordinary services.
