  This is a very dirty hotel with rude staff. We stayed there for 2 nights ( thanks goodness it was not any longer). There was a layer of filth everywhere, stains on the bedding and linens and the toilet had brown stains all over. We ended up cleaning everything ourselves because they refused to let us leave and find another hotel. See pictures attached. Stay away and spend your money in a hotel that has integrity and respect for their patrons, especially in one of the holiest places in the world. Disappointing experience.

  I've been in rimas Hotel in karbala 10days. I like their room services, it's very neat and clean hotel. Staff are very supportive and polite.

  Great rooms in a good location 8 minutes from the main mosques. Good service, aircon, western toilet and TOWELS (!). Wifi did not work when I was there, also bizarrely insisted on holding onto my passport the whole time.

  Close to Imam Hussain AS haram, rooms were well maintained, staff was polite, provided regular room service. Faced minor issue with air conditioning.
