  Wash room and house keeping was not good staff is cooperative and they know urdu

  The rooms are not clean. The 2nd elevator was not working. We should wait for long time to get the 1st elevator. Iraq hotels needs alot to improve specially they have millions of tourists! I stayed in room number 603 the toilet door was broken! Even they don't bother themselves to fix anything!. The location was near to Imam Hussain shrine while still you need to walk through long bazar road and it was too crowded.

  The stay here in this hotel feels like home and specially mr Mohammed the hotel manager was very helpful to us

  The reception peple were rude tho the place was good and tidy and rooms were average
