  One of the worst experiences , poor customer service, dirty rooms and bathroom that have not been cleaned, there was stains all over the bedroom sheets and toilet sheet. The 2 men are money hungry and racist men who find any excuses to grab money. I would avoid this hotel at any cost especially if you are a foreigner as they will take advantage of it, there are many other hotels that are closer to the haram, with exceptional customer services and clean rooms

  It has none of the facilities of a good hotel. The internet was very weak, the sheets and pillows were not new, the dirt was sitting on the tables, the knives and plates were not washed in the room, the toilet wells smelled, the toilets were not tightly twisted. The staff here do not have enough information about their city and the hotel will not take a taxi for you.

  Great hotel but they need a little concern at room clean. rooms space is good and reasonable. Otherwise it's a good when comparing with other hotels at the same area. It's not faraway from the Holy shrink but it's not close at the same time. And yes I would recommend it to a friend.
