::Extremely inefficient, miserably rude staff. Most of this branch's staff think it's normal to be rude with customers (might be part of the job description to be rude). It took over 3 hours just to deposit some cash and returned some of the notes because it's not new or has a sellotape on, which is accepted in any of the shops outside easilyand.

::Extremely Disappointed with TBI Bank in Sulaymanieh Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with TBI Bank in Sulaymanieh, Iraq, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. The level of service provided by the staff was extremely poor, especially from the manager and most of the clients. The entire operation seemed to be plagued by inefficiency and a lack of professionalism. Firstly, the bank's working pace was alarmingly slow. Simple transactions took an unreasonable amount of time, and there was a distinct lack of urgency among the employees. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. Moreover, the responsiveness of the staff left much to be desired. The manager, in particular, was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns or providing assistance. This lack of attentiveness created an atmosphere of frustration and made the banking experience unbearable. In addition, the majority of the clients I encountered shared similar grievances. It was disheartening to witness a widespread dissatisfaction among fellow customers, which further reinforced the notion that TBI Bank in Sulaymanieh has significant operational issues. Overall, I cannot recommend TBI Bank based on my personal experience. The slow work pace, poor responsiveness, and unhelpful manager make for an unpleasant banking experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the service quality.
