::First they said I could use the bank card all over the world, I got the card but it does not work abroad, they victimized me. The card does not work even in online payments. Right now I cannot even transfer money in the application, the balance is not even visible. Was the bank put into operation for all these negativities?

::it's more likely First Turtle Bank i went from 8:45 am till 10:45 just for a bank statement... JUST FOR A BANK STATEMENT extremely slow we went for table 3 and told her wr want a bank statement she then said go pay 15.000 iqd on the next window and wait i paid and we waited and then she sent them to branch manager to "signature" what is this bank? a joke? i am a customer things should done really fast all employees cares about there looks and the coffee instead just give me a good service 😂 am not asking for math equation they can simply hire a solid programmer and make that bank statement fully digital and we can still pay from the account "without going to the branch from.the morning till launch break" please fix your costumer service it's REALLY BAD

::They are extremely slow and take a lot of time just to deposit money , the place is extremely small and very crowded that you can’t even walk in there. A bank like this should open a greater place with much more efficient employees. Hope they take our request seriously.

::Not acceptable, I purchased a PS store 10$ gift card and they charged me only to find out that they are out of that card. Tryed customer service which they answered after a day and half only to inform that they will notify me once they get that card inventoried again. Whattttt seriously.... Either refund me the money or give me the gift card that I PURCHASED.

::Not the digital bank I thought it would be I called the Customer support services portal and the waiting Time was 7 minutes. The first guy said your problem can be fixed at the main branch with your IDs. I called again another guy said sorry without your simcard we can't reopen your account.
