  The hotel on booking in kurdsitan kinda confusing but ON Bright side I loved my stay in this 3/or4 stars hotel.. take you tour with small details ;A very well decorated lobby with plenty of sitting area &books . Small coffee corner for smoker and drinking.Sipan restaurant serves good quality wine with tasty food,I recommend you try their tasty pasta.big out-sitting garden with bar. A very comfortable bed , clean room ,indoor pool , table tennis ,bellyatdo, sauna, steam ,gym , the staffs in general are really sweet .& communicable . Hotels neighbourhoods full of coffe shop ,mall restaurant .the hotel is giving more airport hotel style as its really near to it and kinda expensive ON Dark Side Sipan spa is not belong to hotel as shown booking and the place totally not recommended the hotel owner should take serious step of that misleading unfortunately the spa is horrible I don’t recommend it at all. I visited and left immediately .Plus paying coffee capsule for coffee machine in ur room…

  It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. It has a suitable room, a wonderful garden, and good food, but the prices are somewhat expensive

  Very good hotel with 10/10 location. They where very good and respectful staff. We where there for 1 week. Big thanks to Ghiath, Mohammed and Amir that had 10/10 service never leaving us alone. We had a room with 3 beds.

  We have two times experience in this hotel It is good. This third time that I came to this hotel Unfotthionaly, each time that I come here, quality goes down These pictures realated to third time To breakfast bar because of the number of guests low so we don't breakfasts bar recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience, specifically focusing on the breakfast offered.To be honest, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the breakfast provided. The taste was below expectations, and there seemed to be a lack of variety. The presentation also left much to be desired.I believe breakfast is a crucial part of the overall stay, and unfortunately, this aspect did not meet the standards I anticipated. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to enhance the breakfast experience for future guests.Despite this, other aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining a comfortable stay.
