  The worst hotel ever I booked by wego and the booking confirmed and after that they didn’t accept the booking !!! They even not accept to send email that they didn’t accept the booking …. Take care don’t book this hotel … the money were deducted and they refuse to give room or to do any action … this is scam.

  A terrible experience. The female receptionist is extremely rude and the manager is very unprofessional. Their response to everything was "that's just the way it is" without offering a solution. Water was leaking from the pipes in the bathroom and the bathroom floor was always covered in a puddle. The whole room smelled moldy. I waited hours for simple room service after calling repeatedly, due to unorganised staff. The cleaning team was awful and didn't know how to make a bed decently, food in the buffet was not fresh the salmon made me sick. The music downstairs was loud enough to be heard at the top floor and went on all night. The jacuzzi and pool wasn't heated, the water was very cold and smelly. Take your business elsewhere!

  Once we had lunch there, they have a perfect staff, they cooked very delicious and various foods. We were 8 people, it was open buffet restaurant. I really liked Barbeque over there. The staff was very nice.

  stayed in that hotel 8 months ago and everything was perfect. But I visited them again last week but the room smelled so bad and you could hear the sound of the party in the reception area very clearly so you I could not sleep at all. And the room was really dirty. I don't recccomend it at all .0

  My rating only regards the opened buffet. 18.5 thousand per person no drinks included. It was ok months before but recently it's getting worse as a food quality as a (taste and courses ) so i know i won't be visiting it again any time soon. Good points they are around the corner easy to find, Hard drinks available also smoking areas available too
