  The staff are very friendly, the free breakfast is good, the hotel is old and the room's floor is dirty and there is dust accumulation on the paintings and the electrical switches, there is no parking and you can park your car in the street

  Far far from being 4 stars hotel , I had been to 3 stars hotels and been much better, the hotel have potentials to be better but unfortunately it seems it is neglected by its management. I like the location, it is the best about it , in Karrada , near many restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good also with multiple options. What I dislike 👎 The bathroom is old and not feel clean, pipes were not hidden and not installed in proper way. No door cards, who still use keys in hotels!!! Some stains on the carpet and bed sheets .

  4.5 - nice, clean hotel in the Karada neighbourhood. Close to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated but the beds are comfortable. The staff is really nice. There is a good breakfast buffet from 6-10. Wifi wasn’t that great. The shower has hot water, but pressure isn’t that great. Stayed here in rooms 204 and 402 at beginning and end legs of trip through the country. Room 402 is much bigger and brighter.

  A very nice hotel with nice staff and unbelievably acceptable services, free minibar refilled everyday and nice buffet restaurant. Also it is well placed for business trips
