::Not a good value for the price. Hotels are overpriced in Baghdad! Staff are very helpful and nice. Old furniture, calm neighborhood No tea and coffee and water heater It feels very cozy and you’ll sleep well

::This was our first ever visit to Baghdad, whilst Baghdad it self was a very unique experience full of lots of spirituality and something strongly recommended, the stay at the hotel was very bad. No kettles are provided in the rooms, so even a cup of tea must be bought from the reception. No iron or laundry service is available. On top of this our shower was broken, generally speaking the bathroom was in a right state, despite complaining on the first day this was not addressed. Another couple from our group had a room which stunk of urine and stool so bad they had to wear pegs on their noses. The hotel staff was extremely rude and refused to change their room, when our group leader approached the staff they just said you can go and look for another hotel! At the end the owner of the hotel was called up who did have the room changed for them.

::I stayed here for a week whilst visting Holy Shrines, whilst the location is very good the actual hotel is totally run down, broken taps, rusted metal, toilet flush not working this hotel is not well maintained at all. For anyone travelling from the UK you will be very disappointed.
