::Not enough power outlets in the room. For some rooms need to insert two cards for stable power, which is a little inconvenient. Buffets are very good, baklavas are the best in the country.

::The hotel is ok and rooms are nice. However, I ended up paying around 20% more than what was agreed. The problem is that they offer prices in USD, but then that price is confirmed only by payments in USD in cash. If you want to pay with credit card or with local money, they apply a very bad currency exchange rate, which is around 20% higher than the market one. For room service, the situation is even worse, because they advertise the prices in local currency, then they put it on the bill in USD (with bad conversion rate to USD) and if you pay by card, they apply again a bad conversion rate to local currency. One ends up paying almost double! Normally I expect to pay by card for the agreed amount in USD. But that was not the case! The staff did not help.

::Staff at check out did not inform us about difficulties getting back in to reclaim out bags ( as our flight was later at night after check out) they didn’t help or accommodate at all as we faced an issue with green area security. The hotel itself was magnificent, true representation of what Iraqi well designed architecture is.

::Luxurious hotel, testimonial of Iraq glorious era. It's inconvenient is its location inside the green zone, with very restricted access. Service is very convenient. But for quick byte, don't go the open buffet at the ground floor where they have the same high rate regardless of what you eat. You have better options more affordable at the restaurant of the garden.
