  A new building consisting of two floors, but it is currently empty due to the fact that the building was not built according to the traditional conditions for similar buildings, meaning its construction does not meet the required specifications. Therefore, the bank’s employees and its location were transferred to an alternative location located near the Retirement Department, opposite the Umm al-Zahra Bridge, next to the Hajj and Umrah Hyatt Building.
