  Just another run-down, miserable governmental institution. Staff are rude, unhelpful and lazy. The place is very crowded and can be extremely hot. Basic services like getting bank statements are not allowed without a very long and complex procedure. Do not ever come near this bank or rely on it unless you have a stockholm syndrome.
