  The worst hospital in Basra, along with Al-Jumhuriyya, must be radically changed from the ground up, including cadres, equipment, procedures, and everything else completely.

  A government hospital. My personal observation is that it has the best care for premature babies in Basra, who are difficult to deal with thanks to a skilled health staff, but it lacks many services and medications, like other government hospitals.
