::I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the National Bank of Iraq Erbil branch was so frustrating, I feel people need to be warned. The service is painfully slow – something as simple as depositing money or getting a signature can take an entire day. The staff move at their own pace, showing no urgency or respect for customers’ time. It feels like you’re asking for a favor instead of using a bank. Especially shocking is the behavior of the teller – completely careless, slow, and unprofessional. Even worse, I witnessed a customer calmly and professionally raise a concern, only to be shouted at and thrown out by both the branch manager and the man at desk #7. They refused to let him complete his transaction, simply because he dared to speak up. It was disgusting and unacceptable. This bank has zero customer respect, no professionalism, and no accountability.

::The bank's staff behaves in a dismissive and unapproachable manner, which is entirely unacceptable for a customer-facing role. Their lack of support and condescending attitude make interactions unnecessarily difficult. Staff should be much more helpful and respectful, as customers deserve better service and professionalism!!

::Worst bank ever, customer service are not professional and they don’t work on queue, they take them an hour just to get a client. Very bad I was here to close my account not even open an a account.

::I like this bank card,online banking and other facilities presented by this bank but to be honest, everybody have a small problem with one of the bank’s staff. They are very slow in every single department starting from the treasury (cashiers) ending with what ever you want! Sure there is a wonderful people in each department but 60% of the staff are useless employees with no fast,professional and effective skills. Thanks
