::This has to be the worst bank ever the cash operations employees are super slow you have to wait 3 hours to do literally the smallest thing ever. And the customer service team never comes up with a clear answer every time I have asked a question I have left more confused than I was.

::Very bad costumer service specially when you try to call them they have bad behavior looks like we work for them also they never give clear answer they just want to close the line they dont like to speak and also when send message took long to answer and Every time you need to explain your case because they have different people because they don’t have a good leader maybe i even didn’t use my account because of there bad service and they always lie they give wrong answers i faced a big problem because of them and its there mistake when i called they didn’t help me at all this is bad experience as we are 2025 and still they don’t know how to speak with customer

::The worst bank ever. They only take 15 people to receive transfers early in the morning and the rest of the people are expelled until the next day with bad treatment by the employees. What is this nonsense?

::Based on the few times i visited, not the best customer service and they haven’t been helpful explaining while I had so many questions. Everyone talks to you using arabic words expecting you to understand and call you by arabic numbers on your ticket which is annoying! Slow service but could be based on times of your visit. On the good side, they have an amazing online banking system that keeps you updated on everything.
