::FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD! The rooms are so bad and they dont even clean it regularly. They charge like anything while checking out for fake things like water leaking and water wastage. The location is also far from the main city. Not at all recommended even if it is the last option!

::This hotel impressed me with its friendly staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and convenient location. It's a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Erbil. Just be aware that rooms facing the front street can be noisy due to the backup generator. If noise is a concern, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel for a quieter stay.

::My mom and brother stayed there for a few days and it was an amazing experience. the staff were so welcoming and happy to help and go above and beyond hospitality that they felt as if they were at home. Room was so clean and neat so spacious and have all what you need to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was so good and with a variety of options. The location was so close from whatever comes to your mind. I would for sure go back there when I visit Erbil and would highly recommend it.

::My mother and I traveled this summer and had an extended hospitable stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely warm, truly catering to your every need. They are devoted to serving excellent customer service. The welcoming atmosphere made it feel like home instead of a hotel. The rooms and interior design are very nice. Overall, the experience was delightful and pleasant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED staying here if you are traveling to Erbil. Well-deserved 5 stars.
