  The Rotana is amazing. The property is lovely but most importantly is their attention to service. They are incredibly hospitable. Yasmeen is our evening specialist in the Rotana club and is such a wonderful person. She is always smiling and really enjoys her job. She makes my evenings coming in there with her smile and helpful nature.

  Hotel staff were super helpful. Food was amazing. Coffee was a near religious experience. Now, the less nice. Mattress was very hard, and the sound of motorcycles racing by at night made for multiple wakeups, but jet lag was a contributing factor.

  I had the pleasure of returning to Rotana Erbil in May 2025—two years after my last visit in 2023—and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. The highlight of my stay was the Business Lounge, which continues to offer an exceptional atmosphere for both work and relaxation. A special mention goes to Yasmina, who was present throughout my 5-day stay. Her warm smile and gracious welcome each day set the tone for the lounge experience. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are on par with the finest 5-star hotels I’ve visited around the world. The quality of service at the lounge was consistently excellent, and the food selection was impressive—fresh, varied, and perfectly suited for both business travelers and those seeking comfort. Whether for a quiet breakfast, a mid-day coffee break, or evening canapés, the lounge delivered on every front. Rotana Erbil continues to be a top choice for business travel in the region, and I look forward to returning again.

  I stay quite frequently at the hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The entire staff is very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. Especially the team at Basilico and Yasmeen who manages the business lounge and ensures we have a comfortable environment when pulling late nights.
