Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend My experience at this hotel was completely disappointing. While the booking process was easy, the problems started as soon as we arrived. Despite being in Erbil – a Kurdish city – the reception staff only spoke Arabic, which made communication difficult and felt disrespectful to local guests. We stayed in a double room for two people. The room was not clean, and the biggest issue was that the door didn’t lock properly. We only discovered on the last day that the room had remained unlocked every time we left. This is a serious security concern. The shower was also dirty and clearly not maintained well. There were no amenities like a gym or pool. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable. The restaurant food was cold and tasteless, and we could clearly see that the kitchen was not clean. Even basic things were missing – there were no paper towels or tissues to dry our hands after washing. Overall, I was very uncomfortable during my stay and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth the money, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the cleanliness, communication, and overall service.

It is a very bad and disgusting hotel. I recommend no one rent any room there. In the rooms there were not kittle , nor water and broken lamps on the wall. I called the reception many times to bring some water but they didn’t take into consideration. Look the photos.

The price is not worth the quality at all, the bathroom was dirty and the mattress was smelling so bad I couldn't even sleep because of the smell.

No doubt, worst and dirtiest hotel i’ve ever seen and been in. it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star from the horrible service and it seems like none of the sheets, towels, or washrooms have been washed. Most of the bed sheets have poop stains and smell awful. The bed sheets also have a lot of hair stuck to it. Not to mention the breakfast was horrible and made our stomachs hurt. Also, when we asked them to bring us clean sheets because all of ours had stains on them, they just brought more dirty sheets. All the furniture was dirty. I do not recommend at all.
