::My worst hotel experience ever. Rooms are old and not maintained. The bathroom is horrible with continuous smell. Air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. The AC could only do warming while there is a choice to switch between cooling and heating. The front desk said we switched the thing to heating only. He asked me open the window!!!

::I arrived at 11 pm and I was ripped off, they told me room price was 240 US dollars, I paid and later found out that the room only costs 200k IQD online and it’s probably even cheaper than that. The hotel was nowhere near the value paid for, there was a bad odor of humidity. Overall really not worth it, I checked out next day and went to The Taj hotel nearby and costed me 150k IQD per night only and value for money is way better.
