  This was really good service staff was so nice and we even got a discount. But the rooms are a bit messed walls and yeah.

  This was one of bad experiences the staff is not nice and not kind it’s not clean they don’t change the sheets in bathroom they put only one towel for us also without changing next day we asked for a blanket for my son it was cold for two days and they didn’t bring it under the beds there is cigarettes and dirty the breakfast is bad we went out for breakfast Highly not not not recommending this place

  The location is great very close to citadel, receptionist and the other stuff were so kind , little bit exp. But they made discount, they also have great breakfast and city view . Very good and clean hotel

  it wasn't the best, there were alot of flaws and here are some of them so I hope you considered these when booking this hotel 1) the fridges don't work, and if you're lucky they might work but they do not cool the food they just don't let it get warmer 2) their customer service isn't good, we were missing a blanket, a pillow and water inside our fridge. so we called them and they said they will be there in 10 minutes, but 1 hour passed by and nothing. we asked them several hours later they said "sorry we will get them now" and after a while they did bring them but the blanket was missing so we had to call them again for a blanket and finally at around midnight we got all the things we asked for, it was unprofessional 3) the carpet wasn't clean and some of the blankets were stained 4) the bathroom door didn't work properly, it kept getting stuck and wouldn't open 5) the sofa beds are hard to sleep on but some good things about this hotel: 1) the shower worked fine 2) the air conditioner was great 3) breakfast was good 4) there are various rooms available for big families, even some 5 guests rooms I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel but maybe a 2 or 3 star

  Very nice hotel with real 4 stars everything was good even though I did had the time to go down to the pool and sauna, the only thing was not good was the breakfast as it was very poor just like a normal 3 stars hotel also the carpet was not good with definitely wrong colour. The price was was good for the hotel, it's clean and have all the complimentary things as a 4 stars hotel. The parking is on the sidewalk or on the street in the front of the hotel. Everything in the lounge was good and free except for the shisha it was about 6$ (8,000 IQD) and it's ok not expensive.
