::Went there for some renewals and Birth certificate, the staff was nice, except the Consular she was acting as if she was doing a favor, and she was treating everyone in the room like shes forced to this job, i wish if she changes her behavior and start treating people nicely we all came from the same pot mam!

::I've never been to the embassy, however, my parents been for their Immigrant Visa. My parents have nothing to say but giving positive feedback. The person who interviewed them was very passionate and patient, he helped them sort through their documents and collected the required ones. They were treated with respect and their case was processed successfully. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the staff for their professionalism and efforts.
