::Negative experience: A disappointing encounter with a bank in Iraq. The process to access my funds was lengthy and frustrating. The staff's treatment was disrespectful, lacking both humanity and decency, making it the worst banking experience I've had.

::Worst bank, i have two bad experience with this bank i have to stay more than 7 hours to complete my travel application, very slow system and stuff , even at the airport i have to wait 2 hours to collect my money, will never deal with this bank again

::I don't recommend this bank, Unprofessional staff, very band customer service you can call for 30 days 24 hours and nobody will answer you, and if happen by chance answers you then the operator doesn't know how to solve your issue. This is my personal experience with this bank.

::I’ve been banking with the TBI since 2004 , and they used to be much better, the staff now is unprofessional , the automated reception is useless as customers skip the queue with no tell off from the staff, the funny thing is when I complained; the response was why don’t you also skip the queue....😡. It’s such a shame the degradation in the provided service and I’m seriously thinking of moving out.

::This one of the most reliable banks in Iraq. Almost all Iraq external financial processes are runned through it. Most of the employees are very polite and helpful. However the bank needs improvments on many aspect like: 1- increasing the number of employees as the bank is always crowded and you might need to come early (before 9:30 am) to perform your needs without long delays. 2- Stop asking stupid questions. 3- Stop requesting a long list of requirements to open an account or to simplify those requirments at least. 4- Stop taking mobile phones at the entry point. (Some branches are not doing so like the branch of Babylon Mall, Erbil and Sulaymany Branch) 5- Minimizing the Visa Card Issuance Fees and to make the card Pay-Pal compatible.
