  Welcoming people by unsmiling face give unpleasant feelings to the applicants, the gate guard and the reception girl should be more aware about this as they are the first persons that the visitors meet when entering the office.

  the gate guard not the building guard treat people in a nonchalant way for no reason and if the place is crowded there's no place 2 sit I received my passport today and the lady handed me the passport like she was disgusted and barely answered any questions without looking at me and then looking away waiting for me to ask her again and answer in a nonchalant way yes the visa acceptance or rejection letter is there she said guess what there was no letter in the folder and after contacting them they said they forget it what an honest unprofessional mistake I wish I can give them less than one star ⭐:(

  Very poor location directions. Its in green zone and highly secured area. We were driving for an hour back and forth between security personnel and we were not allowed to enter the hotel site. My advice is: 1- Dont mention UK to the security, rather just say I have an appointment in alrasheed hotel for an interview. 2- Be prepared to walk as rarely allowed to enter via cars into the hotel park, there is outside parking( 300-500 meters distance) This Agency should be in more visitors friendly area. The appointment is for my 1 month old baby and it was a disaster as our appointment was afternoon and the temp was 47c and we came from Babil 2 hrs driving distance. Should be way better.

  You need to update your website and social media pages, the phone no. On website is not active no clear location info. my appointment was at 11:15 and i waited till 12 to start the process though i had came 15 min earlier. The security took my phone upon entering. no smoking room or water to drink or W.C. Indicated. The young lady at reception was the only positive point and she was very helpful and friendly. No privacy for the applicant and your information heard by every one in the queue. The women that interviewed me “window 2” was mask faced and stiff she’s more like police officer.

  Iraq has a very warm summer and this place has no AC, neither at the entrance nor the waiting area. Not to mention that there is no place to sit while waiting so get ready for this and be prepared.
