  Positive points: One of the best gyms in Baghdad, location is suitable for those who come from different neighborhood, work out devices and equipment are very good, clean, staff are friendly when you talk to them. Negative points: Air-conditioning system and wall fans are directed to the trainee face which can leade to throat issues and muscle cramp. Recently, they have added a purifiers with a very strong smelling that makes you unable to breath. Sound system is very bad and the staff are always raising the volume too high, unless you ask them to lower it, they do for few minutes and they raise up again. Staff are very friendly, but they don't walk teach new comers the right way, instead they are busy with the private trainees. They do not advice people to not through weights hardly on the ground or devices, instead they do through weights hard when they workout. This review is not to blame, this is to develop the place to best possible. I do highly recommend this gym as one of the best in Baghdad.

  Vrry well equipped good prices. Average users are usually keen to train. Women's gym is across the street

  Very nice and spacious with very wide range of machines and weights. The staff is hospitable and the prices are very good

  Local Gym. Good equipment. A little bit crowded
