  I’ve just used the outside ATM and was good, otherwise the withdraw process from foreign account outside Iraq is horrible !!!!

  Terrible service, long waiting time that stretches to hours, extremely unreliable... Worst of all, the managers just don't care

  The employees are very curtious led by the Assistant Manager Mr Hafith..Mr Hafith is cool calm and collected in a very stressful environment.. thanks a million

  Dumb management Dumb app Dumb bank Dumb Visa cards I don’t blame the employees as they are doing their jobs but it’s on the management and development and the following up to reach the best they can Any advice for a bank to use in iraq where are things more smooth and modern I don’t advise TBI

  Well 5 employés in the Visa room yet I've waited 1h30 in a line that no one respected ( no airco in the waiting area & they take ur phone outside) afterwards I enterd directly cuz the was no other way ,if u want to do something u need to know someone there ! Or keep waiting in the fake line.
