::Advice for the sake of God, do not deal with this office. It is a fraud, a lie, and an exploitation of Umrah pilgrims. We went for Umrah in the last ten days. 1 They changed the travel date twice, then they took us to Mecca, leaving us without food or transportation, and putting us in a building 25 km away from the Haram, and without a return card to our country 😡 We are still waiting for our return. Eid has gone and the whole world has returned and we are waiting From Thursday the 19th to now the 5th of the month, more than two weeks, and so far they have not found return tickets for us 😡 They threw us into a very bad campaign, Bird Ababil. Be careful not to deal with them
