::There are many reasons that made me rate the company two stars, one of which is: Choosing the worst motel in Dohuk for the 6/20 trip and not listening to the problems we were suffering from with the dirty hotel that is not suitable for human habitation (Soleimani Palace Hotel in Dohuk). In addition to not refunding the cost (the coaster) because we did not use it with the company because we were sick because of the hotel and we did not enjoy the trip, this was the least the company could do. My advice to anyone who wants to book, especially those concerned about cleanliness, is to stay away from companies with low prices. Our use of the company was a suggestion from a friend.
