::Yesterday I checked the bank hours of operation, it says from 8 AM to 8:30 pm. It's usually on all countries when international bank put his close time at 8:30 pm if customer get there by 8:15 pm or even 8:29pm should get serve. And the door should be close at 8:30pm and serve all customers who is inside. Whatever i was there at 8:18pm and the door was close and there was 3 to 4 customer inside. I spoke with the security guy to let us in but he said that he was told to no let in any customer. Okay if you guys want to stop getting customers after 8 or 8:10 pm just change the operation hours. I feel disappointed by the service there.. My advice for the owner to work closely with your staff members and either adjuste the work hours and be clear what time the bank door closed for incoming customers or improve and let the customer in as long as it before 8:30pm.
