Poor time management and unrealistic wait time estimates. Information Transparency: Discrepancies found between the materials' information provided by the clinic and independent research. They didn’t show the containers of injections or materials before use. Containers were opened before I entered the room, and expiration dates were not shown. Material Handling: Lack of transparency: materials should be shown, verified, and opened in front of the client for trust. Expiration dates of medications were neither referred to nor shown. Parking Availability: Convenient parking space for 5-6 cars, which is a plus in a busy area. Pros: - Wide range of beauty services available. - Knowledgeable staff during consultations. - Sufficient and accessible parking. Cons: - Critical information shared only after payment. - Poor wait time management and lack of updates. - No visible proof of material authenticity (e.g., unopened containers, expiration dates). - Reactive approach to customer service rather than proactive transparency.
