  Wonderful stay overall! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable, and the service was excellent. The food options were varied and delicious. However, the electrical kettle in the room wasn’t clean and couldn’t be used, which was disappointing for someone like me who needs tea every hour! Aside from this, everything else was perfect

  Clean, Trained Stuff, Mediocre Buffet of Breakfast, Good Location. Do not book the rooms via internet. Its better to go in person and talk with reception. Prices are not comparable with what you see on booking.com, for instance.

  This is a nice hotel (4.5) just walking distance from the port / waterfront. Staff speaks English, and are quick to help with everything - check in and out, turnover and laundry. The rooms are big and clean, and the lobby is decorated really nicely. There’s a little cafe just when you enter. Showers are warm with good pressure. Buffet breakfast needs some fruit options versus just bread, meat and dairy. Also, wifi on the 6th floor is just not that great.

  The hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart of basra ,the service was impeccable. The hotel staff made us a huge favor by sending our luggage to the airport . My family really enjoyed their time in Basra,and we really recommend this hotel if you ever find yourself at Basra.
