  Today, after pediatrician gave wrong medication to my child. I wanted to take back the medication back, the pharmacy of Safin Hospital was very rude when I want it to take back wrong medication to the pharmacy, they should learn how to speak to patient. Unprofessional, rude, impolite are all applies to the behavior like how one of them dealt with me. They cost me 40,000 IQD of wrong medication without any medical test! I brought two of the medications back since they were sealed unopened! Even if not taking back medication is still fine if they speak like human not unprofessional doctor. I left my medications and storm out of the place. I wont ever go back for such a toxic place.

  There is no single blanket in the hospital which is a shame for a private hospital to not provide these essential need. However the staff are friendly and polite.
