  Good emergency, but the last time I came to the emergency, I was tired, and the laboratory doctor who performed the urine test on me shouted at me in front of people in a very annoying way, so the responsible authorities must focus on the behavior of the staff. I rate them 70%

  It's a public hospital located in Erbil city, it offers a wide range of medical services to its patients, but the quality of services is not as good as it should be based on the international standards. The patients and their companions get exhausted while they do the hospital routine to check up, waiting in line, and many issues that made this hospital not meet international hospitals. I would suggest the following points to improve: 1- this hospital should have a system in place for continuous quality improvement, which includes monitoring patient outcomes, analyzing data, and implementing changes to improve patient care. 2- While I visited this hospital there was not a good management that guides patients or visitors to the section they need in the hospital, such as setting a (Ticket dispenser queue) to know what time you should visit the specialized doctor. 3- The hospital management should care more about planting more trees and to have greenery everywhere in the hospital rooms, yard and every part of the hospital.
