::The worst experience we have with Healthcare. Today, we [my wife and I] made an appointment with Dr. Yasmeen Abdoulmajeed Shakr, for 3:00 PM, just to ensure we are not late, we arrived at 2:45 PM, right now it is 4:20 PM, the doctor has not arrived and there is already a long line of patients waiting for her. We thought that this is a private hospital and their attitude towards their clients will be different. Unfortunately, the time of patients are disrespected once again. By the way, the secretary of the Dr arrived at 3:35 PM. I hope the hospital will have something to say about it.

::I've been there only twice, the first time, I was a patient, which I honestly didn't like back then, it wasn't clean, the first room's bathroom was a really mess, there's no word to describe how it really was. After my surgery, they took me to a smaller room, i remember cause it felt smaller in comparison to the first room. The people working there were good though, like they were respectful towards us. Second time i went there was a week ago, this time we had someone in ICU, i can say that the hospital was more cleaner than before! But I honestly hated two things: 1. The elevators, they were extremely slow, and would stop at every floor, whether there were people wanting to get in or not! The stairs were much faster and better. 2. They would let anyone get inside! Which i found really annoying!! This is a hospital, not a guests room or a park! I saw way too many people come and go, I've heard that some would come everyday and stay for hours! I know it's not the hospital's fault, but I wish they would limit the guests.

::Tests take vety very long. Of course, the usual problems of privatised health: money-hungry doctors, understaffed, most invasive possible course of treatment, etc.
