  When receiving parcels from abroad the recipients telephone number needs to be on the parcel, so the taxidriver can call you prior delivering to the address. I was receiving some parcels but the sender had not placed the phone number. I checked at the post office if the parcels had been received. The post office employees took time to trace all parcels. They were extremely helpful and all parcels could be located. My compliments for this great service!
