  There is no support at all the application is meaning less and the call center is useless

  The worst bank I have ever dealt with, very slow processes and the employees are not supportive at all. I will never deal with them again

  I have been dealing with their branches in Sulaimaniyah. Also call center team remotely when I’m outside Iraq, they are always supportive and fixing problems in few seconds. I communicate with them via email service while outside of the country and they are great team. Thank you guys…..

  changed bills into smaller bills with no problem but all 3 ATMs were broken

  One of my worst experiences Am a customer at this bank and i receive my pay check through them and till now it has been the worst experience First of all they don't have a customer service line in which you can just call and solve a minor problem because of that you have to go there in every single problem you face and the worst part of this that they have seprate locatiobs for their departments like the main headquarter is in sadon street but their register department is a cross the street and the public relations is on mansor street which is an hour far and they don't tell you that in advance plus you can't call before going to make where are you going Up till now am not satisfied with my experience each step of creating my bank account had faced problems that forced me going there where only one employee answers a lot of people I think i have a poor experience and anyone shoul think twice before going there
