  Customer service is very slow. I spent three hours waiting for my number to arrive, which was 22, meaning for one hour at noon, they only had 22 customers. Employees leave their offices for hours. This is a disaster for this bank The slowness of the procedures in this bank reminded me of the procedures of government departments. Unfortunately, I do not advise anyone to review it.

  My visa card is being declined by every online purchase I try and all they do is make up excuses and say "try again in 10 minutes and it'll definitely work" and 10 minutes are now 2 days and 4 call center calls !! Absolute incompetence!
