::Bad and slow customer service , on site employees admit that its normal to wait 60-90 min for opening an account ! Private banks should compete in providing best and fast service . Do not recommend it at all , not for salary account , nor for savings account !

::Bad experience. I was moved to NBI unwillingly due to their acquisition to Audi Bank. I have been asking them for months to activate my online banking with no use. They don't reply emails. Customer service agents don't know their jobs. Even chatbots dont answer. Morale of the story: all banks in Iraq are terrible
