  I have been to Muttanabi street during day and during night. The vibes are so different depending on when you prefer to go, in the morning it’s all about books, the river tour for 3000IQD, different food venders, souvenirs and many more activities. While at night you might still see some bookshops opening, the area is more about walking, eating and checking the cafes in the areas over the Muttanabi street. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting baghdad as it is a must see.

  A recently restored cultural and heritage street that contains many libraries, bookstores, several heritage and modern cafes, and some small projects. Art, culture, fun and food come together here.
