  They changed my reservation on booking and gave us two rooms instead of one suite. This was so annoying. The pool was very nice and clean The breakfast was missing some items The location was a little bit far from the center of the city

  Location is far from the center of Sulaymaniya. Many taxi drivers did't even know or hear about it. They lowered the central air-conditioning system, so it was hot even if we increased the degree of cooling. They made a system of 3 hours for women at the gym, sauna, and swimming pool , yet they didn't maintain the rules of privacy, as they have a male coach for the gym who kept getting in and out near the pool and sauna area. They also did not prevent phone usage at the pool area, which violated the privacy of ours and others. Actually, I think bad management is the reason behind all that. Not to mention the high prices of everything else, whether service, food, etc...

  I had a deeply disappointing stay at your hotel, primarily due to a series of distressing incidents that were mishandled by your staff. Firstly, my concerns regarding safety were neglected when a wild stray dog loitered at the main gate. Despite reporting this to the security guards, they took no action to address the situation. Furthermore, when I approached the front desk with the issue, the receptionist outright denied the presence of the stray dog, which was not only unhelpful but also made me feel dismissed and unsafe. Additionally, I experienced unacceptable racist behavior from your staff, which further detracted from my experience. The lack of responsiveness and denial of obvious problems have left me feeling highly dissatisfied and unvalued as a guest. I hope serious measures are taken and I would never recommend your hotel to anyone and would never stay in your hotel again.
