  Years ago, they were handing debit cards. The debit cards stopped working, and they promised they would pay the customers back. They never paid me back. Don't do business with them they are dishonest and unreliable.

  I’m studying abroad and I have been waiting so long like more than two weeks to receive my fees(1700$) from my parents. It’s really urgent for me. But this bank has really let me down. And I’m also not satisfied by their high rates. Like seriously for deposition they take 1.5% fee, and for withdrawing 1% so totally 2.5%!! I know people out there who have deposited like 60 000usd and their money is stuck there, it’s so selfish what this bank is doing now. They have no sympathy for their users. If I can only get back my 1700$ then I’ll never ever use their credits card again.
