  The ATM here worked well with my foreign (US) visa card. 5k IQD ATM fee.

  As far as my experience with customer service there, two lovely ladies who were really respectful and done the work perfectly. The lady in the Visa department was also really respectful and nice. My experience was good and I am happy with their service. Maybe they need a better plan for procedures. Otherwise, i love it.

  Extremely slow service. Inefficient. You don't expect poor management like this.

  Awful bank. Counter employees chatting away while loads of people are waiting. I’ve never been to a bank this bad.
