  Very expensive, but a complete lack of management. Terrible shower, non-existent light management in the rooms. Dark hallways. Rooms not properly cleaned. Anyone giving this joke of a hotel more than 1 star is lying. $190 for a double room is extortionate.

  Poor management practices, inadequate staffing, subpar food quality, and unclean accommodations were the primary issues encountered.

  Located on Tigris River, room service is amazing, clean and cozy. Rooms still need some maintenance due to not having many visitors, but overall experience is very pleasant. The best and the only international level hotel in town.

  We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and we were a group of 8 people. They responded to all our needs as we also had meetings in their facilities. 5 stars go to the staff, especially Hussein who assisted us at every moment. Would highly recommend the place for the facilities, good rooms and fresh food.
