::Way too much noise in the hallway at night time. Yes the other guests should know how to behave, but the doors should be more soundproof. One of the electrical outlets gave no electricity. The lighting was all bright fluorescent that was harsh on the eyes. There should be a dimmer or different light options. Also, they gave me the key to the wrong room that was occupied already. On second stay, there was no toilet seat on the toilet. Price is not expensive, but the quality of maintenance is low for the price. Positives are the pleasant lobby and strong AC in the rooms and opaque curtains to block the early sun and well dressed staff. Location is near airport but far from Erbil center.

::What a bad place to stay. Reception gave a key for my room to other guests who just entered when I was in bed. At 11pm someone knocked at my door. By 3am guests arrived and stayed socializing quite loud at the corridor. Non existent sound insulation, lots of noise from the busy road all night long and from inside the hotel. AC cant be controlled so I was freezing. Water leaking in the bathroom made a pool on the floor. Location couldn't be worst, far from everything but the airport, right in the middle of the Christian quarters meaning the place where everyone goes to drink and be noisy. Poor breakfast, just had some watermelon and that was it. Absolutely nothing is positive at this place.

::In general it’s not bad to stay there, however they need to work on the ventilation , smoking and non smoking floors. It is not good to smell smoking’s smoke while you are not a smoker. I hope that they fix this issue soon. Other than that it is a good hotel in general.
