  Clean and the staff are friendly. The video and sound system quality is very good.

  The cinema is clean and the staff are kind and professional compared to the other Iraqi cinemas in Baghdad and by far this is one of the best cinemas in Baghdad! I would recommend watching a movie in it.

  Their customer service was much better before. They don't make you feel welcomed, instead, you feel they just want your money, because they knew you have no other options but them. However, it's just about movies, but i would still like to see a friendly behaviors from their staff.
