  ATMs always have no money until you withdraw from the outlets and they charge you a commission?! I mean, by God, it is strange that there is an international bank, and you have no luck letting the ATMs leave money in it, and what is strange is that the ATMs are inside the bank, unfortunately.

  The service inside is good and relatively cooperative staff, but the big trouble is with the ATMs, they are empty or out of service more than usual, so unfortunately, we are suffering and hope the Bank can solve this issue as soon as possible.
