  I had a very bad experience with this bank. I had withdrawn an amount of 500,000 dinars from my account using my MasterCard card, seven months ago, and it did not deliver the amount to me. It notified me via a message on my phone that the amount had been transferred to me, even though I had not received it, knowing that my salary is in TBI Bank. I checked with my bank and sent them a notice that the amount had not been disbursed to me, and for seven months they have been procrastinating the matter. I need to file a complaint against them, and I will hire a lawyer for this purpose, and according to the law, I will make them pay the amount they stole from me, as well as the lawyer’s fees.
