  I visited this hotel via a tour called Alame Sabz, which is operated via Iran, but me and my family reside in the United States and Canada, so our standards are high. Room condition: 1/5, run down bathroom, dirty mattress, no toilet paper , no conditioner, no bodywash, no dental kit, no towels provided. The room was cold, not soundproof, and there is a smell of l cigarette smoke everywhere, especially in the hallways. Service: There is no room service. If you stay beyond 2 days, expect overfill bathroom garbage, we called service to fix heater, he said call in the morning I'm sleeping now! Ridiculous customer service. Location: This is inconvenient from the main road as you have to carry your luggage a long distance to the hotel (no bus access), it's 10 minutes from Harram Hazrat Abbas. Overall: a 1 or 2 out of 5 experience.
