::It was a bad experience. I booked in advance, but when I arrived, the NFC card for my room didn’t work. I had to go down to the reception, and even after that, the card still didn’t work, they had to open the room using a master key. I called reception four times, and no one answered. I needed my clothes ironed, but no one was available to help. The worst part was when they mistakenly booked my room for another guest a woman opened the door while I was sleeping. It was a complete disaster. I’ll never book here again!

::The rooms are nice but they are not clean The service is bad i asked them for a power adapter and it came after an hour and they treat you like an idiot The food is not that good The only good thing about this hotel is its location its close to most things that you would want to go in sulymania Bad experience overall

::I have traveled to over 50 countries. I have never received such good service as at the High Crest Hotel. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They took care of me like a king. Their rooms are very nice and the spa with pool and sauna is amazing. The breakfast is world class. I would like to thank Safwan in particular for all the help. There is nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

::Despite far from the center of Sulaynaniyah, I don't mind that. This hotel is actually one of the few best ones in Iraq and has a good swimming pool and it's restaurant is amazing. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and it's good price for a 5 star hotel.
