  Good quality compared to Karbala hotels. Decent price and nice rooms. Quite far from the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (as) however - around a 30 min walk. If I go into the smaller details however it wasn’t the best. They have fridges on every floor which are supposed to have water inside but never do. No water provided either in the rooms and it’s a struggle waiting around when you ask the hotel staff for some. No toilet paper was in the toilet roll holders. Overall room was clean and a nice hotel compared to others I’ve stayed in. Would be a lot better if they could do the basics and provide drinking water as a minimum in every room.

  Good, but the bathrooms are not clean and there is no toilet paper in the twilights
